Therefore, this writing will explain about some of the meanings of the lyrics of the song "Lovely" and the reason people like this song.

First, from this “Thought I found way … But you never go away … So I guess I gotta stay now” from that lyrics we would say that both of the singer found a way to get rid their depression but turns out it didn’t go away that fast. The singers realized that it was part of their life then they accepted it as it always be a piece of them. Some people relate to this song because they believed that depression is very difficult to be removed from part of our life.

Second, from this lyric “Isn’t it lovely, all alone”. “Lovely” is a use of mordacity so lovely in here isn’t very lovely actually. This describes how depressed they are and how they feel when they are alone. They haven't found anything to get them out of their depression, so they still face everything alone and they accept it even though they can't bear the burden of their depression problem.

Last, from this lyric “Walking out of time”. These lyrics can be interpreted as if they are looking for something to get out of their depression, but the search is getting longer and more time consuming until they are running out of their time.

From these lyrics, we can see that depression isn’t easy to get rid from our life. It is a piece of our life. Especially, if you don’t have someone to lean on. But, it will be alright if they can handle and deal with it.
